Can I sign up multiple accounts?
Yes. You can add a new backup plan for each server, or add new servers to the same plan. Adding new servers to the same plan lets allows them to be managed together in the control panel and share backup resources.

Is my server or VM type supported?
Supported VM types include VMware, KVM, Xen, Parallels, and Hyper-V. Cloud Backup is compatible with any dedicated server, or any VM that has both a private kernel and private storage device. Virtualization types like OpenVZ that do not provide kernel-level virtualization are not supported.

Can I use this service as an individual end-user?
Yes! Cloud Backup/DR can be easily deployed for a single server, for an organization, or for your own clients.

How does billing work?
Payments for service renewal are due on the monthly or annual signup anniversary. The service is provided on-demand, ready to use. It can be expanded, downgraded, or canceled at any time within a billing period.
